About Me

Languages are my passion.

I truly love languages — and I love sharing that passion with others!

Hi, I’m Martina.
I was born and raised in Switzerland and spent several years living in Germany, so German has always been a big part of my life. I’m a native speaker and a qualified German teacher, and I genuinely love helping people learn the language—whether they’re just starting out or want to go deeper.

I have a Master’s degree in Secondary Education with a focus on German, English, and French, along with additional qualifications in teaching German as a second language. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve worked with children in primary and secondary schools, as well as with adults in private lessons. I enjoy both—every student is different, and that keeps teaching fresh and rewarding for me.

Whether you’re learning for school, work, or just for the joy of it, I’m here to support you in a way that fits your pace and goals.

I believe that one size does NOT fit all when it comes to learning.

I take a personalised, holistic approach to teaching German — focusing not just on language skills, but on building real confidence and cultural understanding.

Together, we’ll target your unique goals and learning style, creating a supportive environment where you can develop lasting skills for real-world communication and long-term success.
